Invincible super-greens

I haven’t practised yoga in a week now because I haven’t been keeping too well. It’s the usual cold and cough which the monsoon brings with itself. So I am trying to eat super healthy to bring back my immunity and strength. Here’s what I made today for breakfast – a hulk banana smoothie.

For this one, I blended a full banana and half a mango with milk. Then I added a tbsp of ‘Happy Healthy Me organics’ Invincible Super greens along with a tsp of chia seeds.

Invincible Super greens are a powerhouse of seven super nutrients – organic moringa powder, amla powder, Spirulina powder, wheatgrass powder, barley grass powder, alfalfa powder and aloe vera powder.

Loaded with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, supergreens are also rich in chlorophyll, helping to detoxify and rejuvenate the body.

Best time to have it is in the morning  as greens are alkaline and help in restoring the body’s pH balance.
